Our company was initially founded under the name Basic Network Ventures Sdn. Bhd. on August 22, 2011, with a primary focus on telecommunications and logistics services. For over a decade, we consistently delivered exceptional results and built a strong reputation within these sectors.
Recognizing the need for a clearer direction, we rebranded as Basic Network Engineering Sdn Bhd (Company No: 201101029851, 957986-M) on July 27, 2012. This transformation signaled our commitment to expanding our capabilities across a wider spectrum of industries, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), along with general construction works.
With the trust and support of our valued partners, we embarked on a new journey towards the railway industry as a registered Bumiputera company, strengthening our team and capabilities. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services, including fabrication, repair, refurbishment, reconditioning, and overhaul for maintenance vehicles, locomotives, passenger coaches, power generating cars, and other rolling stock assets.
